The Management of Saidtools S.r.l. regards the ongoing improvement of its process performance, Quality Management System and, starting this year, the Environmental Management System as strategic tools to achieve its business objectives.
The company aims to remain at the forefront of high-precision diamond tool manufacturing by continuously updating its product range and maintaining state-of-the-art systems.
The company is strongly focused on customer orientation and has defined and implemented a market strategy to identify customers’ needs and requirements and to accurately define and describe the key performance features of the products offered.
In line with these principles, Management commits to promoting all necessary actions to ensure that processes and activities focus on achieving the following objectives:
To develop the company so that it remains innovative and flexible, adapting and reorganizing according to the needs and demands expressed by the market and stakeholders.
• To implement a Risk Management system through a corporate process aimed at managing risks, involving systematic tasks such as risk identification, measurement, assessment and processing.
• To adopt a process-based approach that includes methods for measuring the performance of processes within the Quality Management System, through the definition of monitoring indicators designed to prevent any adverse events.
• To develop innovative products and services with high technological content that meet and anticipate customer expectations.
• To explore new technologies that can continuously enhance the efficiency and reliability of the products and services offered.
• To adopt an environmentally cleaner production strategy by reducing environmental impact throughout the product life cycle and adapting design, manufacturing and disposal processes.
• Optimise and enhance the service offered to customers.
• Continuously improve the security of information systems to safeguard information by ensuring its availability, confidentiality and integrity.
• Enhance human resources and support their professional growth at all levels through awareness and training programmes.
• Foster greater accountability in activities aimed at reducing environmental impact by effectively and promptly managing all environmental aspects.
• Continuously improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
• Promote a work environment that encourages employee engagement and accountability.
• Operate in full compliance with the applicable national and international laws and regulations of relevance to the company’s business sector.
Management is committed to communicating the objectives, related implementation programmes and decisions taken with respect to all staff, ensuring they are understood, embraced, and executed at every level.
This policy is reviewed and if necessary updated during the Management Review.
