Vitrified Bond

The vitrified bond is characterized by a porosity which helps to maintain low shear stress and low operating temperatures.

The glass bond gives it a high hardness and fragility at the same time.
These two characteristics result in excellent removal and duration performance.
Fragility and porosity allow the vitrified bonds to be diamond-cut by machinery, a very important advantage.
At SAIDTOOLS we classify the vitrified bonds with the initial V followed by the version [V6.1 for example].
